That's awful. I'd reach out to the owner or the Better Business Bureau to have your story heard and investigated. I made my first visit there in a long time a couple of weeks ago, when they started being open for takeout and delivery only. I ordered from their web site on my telephone, and it processed okay and correctly, but a little slow and frustrating at times getting the right choices selected. However, your story is unfair and should be investigated and handled. You should be apologized to and compensated.
